Our club is excited to welcome our 2008-09 exchange student Mia. She is a talented pianist, enjoys horseback riding, sports, and is a well-traveled young woman. Be sure and take an opportunity to introduce yourself to her at an upcoming meeting.

Rotary Youth Exchange Website Announced

Mike Glapa, the Menomonie noon club Youth Exchange Officer has announced that Menomonie Youth Exchange now has an exciting new website. It has the access to quite a bit of reference material for any folks who might be interested in hosting or sending a kid outbound.

Rotary's first Internet-based club, Rotary eClub One exists to serve Rotarians with special needs, including those who cannot maintain attendance at regular club meetings because of extensive business commitments and travel, health problems, or geographical isolation from existing clubs.
