The Rotary Club of Menomonie launches its Kids Against Hunger (KAH) project, a humanitarian food-aid organization designed to reduce the number of hungry children in the USA and to feed starving children throughout the world. Packaging of a highly nutritious vitamin-fortified soy-rice casserole is the means to accomplish this.
